The Lockdowners

Here's 'The Lockdowners', a short story I wrote for Halflife Films' 'My Own Private Apocalypse' project.

Narration by Laura Evelyn, sound design by Matt Harlock.

It's less than 5mins long and sounds very nice on headphones.
Enjoy, and stay safe out there!

Deep Clean at the Discover Film Awards.

Thrilled to announce that Deep Clean, the short film I made with Matt Harlock of Halflife Films, won Best SciFi at the Discover Film Awards at London's Hospital Club last Sunday. That's our third Deep Clean award now.
There's me and Matt accepting the award, above, and us celebrating with fellow award winners Ilektra & Isabella (winners for their film 'The Beast Without').
Thanks to all at Discover film and the festival sponsors Craghoppers for a fantastic night and film festival, and to all the Deep Clean cast and crew for their brilliant work.

The Second Coming Of Krent Able book launch

The launch for my new book, The Second Coming Of Krent Able, was held at London's Gosh! Comics last Thursday (13th Dec). As you can see from these pics, it was a rather sedate affair.

None of this would have been possible without the kind assistance of Jason Atomic of Satanic Mojo Comics as The Monk, Manko Sebastian as The Centurion, and Sarah Workman as The Nun.
Also to blame for this silliness are Neusa Neves (Make Up), Alison Brown and The Cartoon Museum, all at Gosh! Comics, Tony at Knockabout, Matt Harlock for filming it, Julian Hanshaw, and everyone who turned up to get their books signed. Thank you!
